Came in this evening about 4:50pm (mind you their hours says 6pm closing) however, the doors were locked. Thank goodness for the male who opened the door for me. But that wasn’t the issue. First time there and would NEVER go back!! When I came in one employee was extremely kind but the person who helped me was EXTREMELY rude and not helpful at all!! Ratchet GIRL and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL AT ALL!! Maybe she’s unhappy to be an minimum wage EMPLOYEE and not a BUSINESS OWNER like myself🥰

Totally SATISFIED... I was able to contact the store for a specific item via their Facebook page. Less than 5 minutes after I sent the message, I had a response and pictures of the different items. The customer service was great. They were very professional and sweet!
These people have amazing customer service skills. They are the epitome of black business sticking together👏 Thank you guys! This is my number one supply store in the high desert. Very friendly, and really respect people which makes us come back and spend money. They’re atmosphere and service are consistently incentives to return. Can’t wait til this is over, but thankfully I’ve stocked up on my supplies and then some👏
