We originally went to a competitor for kitchen appliances only. It was a terrible experience and my husband and I were told to come to The Majestic Bath instead of returning to the other place to choose plumbing. Are we glad we did!! Danielle was awesome!!! We had so much to pick out but with her patience, knowledge, and expertise, we moved quickly, and feel great about our informed choices. It was the exact experience we had hoped for!! We are so happy to do business here!!
Working with Daphne was terrific! She was very knowledgeable and helped me narrow down all the choices to something that I would love and that would fit my budget. She also saved my bacon (and my plumber's) with quick help when we had issues on the job. All around a great experience with a new bathtub and plumbing fixtures that look and work beautifully!
Dephane had been great to work with. She knows the products extremely well and is very responsive. It has been a pleasure to work with her.
I recently purchased some Delta faucets and a tub filler for my bathroom remodel and I am so happy with the service. I worked with Daphne and she is always a pleasure to speak with, my only regret is that I did not use them from start to finish. I had a last minute issue and she saved the day and my project is back on track. The showroom is beautiful and the options go above and beyond the big box stores. They work by appointment only but, I did not have to wait very long.
