My delivery was late today so I called after an hour. They told me the driver was on the way. Another hour and a half goes by, I call, now they can't reach the driver by phone. In a little while they call and tell me my glass is now on the night run after it had been promised on the morning run. Our customers car has been sitting here most of the day. Very Good – It's not fun when you get a window broken. I used other places in the past and this was my first time using Majestic. I was treated very nice, the people are very knowlegeable about their business.
DO NOT GET YOUR WINDOWS TINTED HERE!!!!!!!! – If you value your car do not bring it here. First of all, I was given two quotes for the same job. Shady. I called them out on it and got the lower price. My windows were tinted and the film began peeling off within ten minutes of leaving Majestic. Adding to this, the technician left soap residue all over my leather seats, deeply scratched my rear window with a razor while shaping the tint, left soapy residue in the area between my window and the rear window brake light, and did ... read more
This place is the BEST! – I can not say enough good things about this place or recommend it enough to everyone! I have had nearly every vehicle I own(ed) tinted at this shop. The prices are very competitive, staff is courteous and professional. I usually call in to get an estimate and make an appointment. Prices and wait times were ALWAYS on point. Service Was Bad – I took my car there to check my sun roof.I took my car there about 12:30.I lady at the desk told to to pull in the garage.She forgot i was there a hour past i ask her what was going on.She said she didnt know.So five mins later a guy came to the door and ask me what i needed done on my car i told him.Now its 1:45 my car is still not checked and the manager joey is sitting there at the desk not asking us have we been tooking care of.But two college girls come in too get some cardboard steeled to make a poste... read more
