She’s so THOROUGH she would’ve made a great detective on the police force. I say this as a patient who (at the time was frustrated with choosing a “rookie” physician). Without disclosing personal details, under her care my quality life is very much improved! I appreciate her asking the difficult questions that I would not have answered for anyone else. I felt comfortable, and was able to receive the help I needed.
I do not recommend Dr. Sweiss. Much like others, I was in search of a new PCP as my current one had left northshore. Dr. Sweiss is rarely ever in the office, most of her appts are done via telehealth. Furthermore, she had to go to Google to find out if a medication I was taking was safe during my pregnancy. Some time after pregnancy, I needed a refill on my asthma medication. It was nearly impossible to get a hold of her. Literally. Messaging through the app, calling the office and emailing. An excellent doctor, sensitive, competent, friendly. The doctor listened, answered all the questions, prescribed examinations and medications. This approach to the patient is the gold here, I have already recommended the doctor to my friends. I am very glad that I got to such an attentive doctor who cares
I do not recommend Dr. Sweiss as you’re PCP unless you have hours of free time to spare. Each visit including even a tele health visit will have you waiting just outside for a minimum of an hour, and inside of the doctors office for an hour. I thought this was normal and ignored it until I recently changed my PCP. Additionally, Dr. Sweiss talks over you, and does not let you speak, you will feel constantly rushed, and she might put in wrong labs or medications because she is always in a rush.
