I think important to advertise this is more of a cafe style restaurant where you order at the front counter and then sit down. Even though likely catered to students, we were not expecting that. I took a friend here to celebrate a birthday so not the right atmosphere. No chips or salsa when you sit down and very very quiet music where you can hear everyone’s conversations. I NEVER leave a review but this one couldn't go silent. Several weeks before Cinco de Mayo I had made a reservation in person, saw the employee write it in the book firsthand. The DAY before I received a call to tell me something changed (policy?) and my reservation was not going to be honored. Now the day before this holiday of course everywhere else is booked.
