I was super blessed to experience a Yothera Immersion Retreat this past weekend. I highly recommend working with Jess Maitri in any of her offerings. She holds sacred space, and teaches us to truly witness one another. I set an intention for this, and I received so much more than I could have asked for from this! Jess is as authentic as they come. She is such an intuitively talented individual, who has helped me more than words can express. Her non-judgmental and holistic approach is uniquely and deeply healing.
I went to my first breathwork class last night The results were unexpected, I had no idea how powerful breathwork can be. I really enjoyed the energetic feeling during and afterwards and will definitely continue to use the technique I learned last night. I recommend one of Jessica's classes to anyone interested in learning more.
I have taken several courses and completed individual work at Yothera, and find myself coming back over and over for each of the experiences offered. It is unlike anything else. Jessica is insightful, caring, and practices what she teaches. I always leave feeling fully embodied and am honored to have a healing space to integrate mind and body.
