I love getting Cranial Sacral with Tierra so I was super excited to expose my newborn daughter to this work a few weeks after her birth with an in home session. Tierra was gentle and in tune to my daughter’s movements and flow. Due to my daughter being stuck for a few hours during birth her head/neck preferred to look one way over the other. Since our baby came home from the NICU we have been supported by Maitri Family Wellness. We have in-home cranial sacral therapy, which is a great option for us since my daughter cannot stand the car seat. Cranial sacral therapy has helped my daughter release tension, has taught us how to handle our daughter in helpful ways to continue the work of release, and taught us how to listen to her, and respect her boundaries.
