I went in for my first craniosacral therapy session with Tierra not entirely sure what to expect, and it ended up being exactly what I needed. The session was deeply grounding and healing. She's an incredible listener and communicator — she took the time to understand what I was hoping to get out of the session and worked thoughtfully to help me get there. Tierra helped support our family through a time of transition in a way that I will forever be grateful for. I have a sincere and deep admiration for the work Tierra provided our family. I sought her services to simply assist my newborn from a difficult birth, and gained so much more than that. I love getting Cranial Sacral with Tierra so I was super excited to expose my newborn daughter to this work a few weeks after her birth with an in home session. Tierra was gentle and in tune to my daughter’s movements and flow. Due to my daughter being stuck for a few hours during birth her head/neck preferred to look one way over the other.
