I went in for my first craniosacral therapy session with Tierra not entirely sure what to expect, and it ended up being exactly what I needed. The session was deeply grounding and healing. She's an incredible listener and communicator — she took the time to understand what I was hoping to get out of the session and worked thoughtfully to help me get there. Tierra helped support our family through a time of transition in a way that I will forever be grateful for. I have a sincere and deep admiration for the work Tierra provided our family. I sought her services to simply assist my newborn from a difficult birth, and gained so much more than that.
