Yesterday we went for my daughter's surgery and I must say that we loved this place, the attention was really good, from the front desk to the discharge, even days before on the web portal the communication was very good and the phone calls too, I was able to make the co-pay with carecredit and I was prepared in everything to follow the instructions that they recommended me to do, everyone was very kind, they made my daughter Emma feel very special, Dr. Hannah Qualls is incredibly good, the operation lasted 20 minutes, they ... read more
My 5 years old had dr appointment with pediatrix. I was told Adventhealth has a vending machine where i could buy a bottle water. Howerer, when there, the receptionist told me i cannot get any water because i’m not a patient. Denied a bottle of water (that i would have paid) to a kid. Congratulations Adventhealth!
It's was a great overall experience here. The people were all very kind and helpful explaining everything. The lobby was comfortable and had a good vending machine to satisfy the munchies. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely go back if I ever need to get another surgery.
Beware! First surgery center that I see that does not offer payment plan for the cost of the procedure. It’s ridiculous! They expect you to pay in full before the procedure. I had to pay $3,300 today. Should’ve chosen another facility. Do your research, don’t come here.
They called us just 6 days before our child's surgery to let us know we'd have to pay an additional $2300 or we couldn't do the surgery. This surgery had been scheduled for MONTHS and to call us just 6 days before is inconsiderate, and caused us to have to delay the surgery because unfortunately we aren't able to meet that financial burden. The woman I spoke to on the phone from billing was cold and callous and offered zero solutions as to how we could meet this burden.
