I have to say reading the other reviews totally blow my mind given my experience. I had an appointment for 8 am for service. Just a diagnostic appointment, not even a repair. I get a call around 230, saying that my bronco (2022, still under warranty, issues with turbo) hasn't been looked at, and won't be. Technician went home. I say ok and ask if I leave it over night if they'll look at it tomorrow. I'm told, 'I don't know. Maybe'.
