Brand new truck recently purchased from Barrie Ford in Barrie developed issues. Had to get it taken to Maitland Motors in Sault Ste. Marie on a flatbed truck. They recieved it around closing time Thursday and diagnosed the problem and had it ready to go the next morning. Outstanding Ford Service considering the vehicle wasn't purchased there. Special Thankyou to one of the owners, Mark McKinnon and all the Service Department.
Great service
Schedule an appointment for an oil change, but should usually take an hour ended up dropping my vehicle off at 8:30 in the morning and didn’t get a call to come and pick it up until 430 not very impressed
