Took my explorer in for a safety recall . They searched and covered all relevant safe recalls that were posted. Nicely done. However a nice touch would be to give the vehicles a quick outer wash to get rid of the noted finger prints from working on them.
The service manager went above and beyond to ensure I was kept in the loop when they had my truck in. Very impressed.
