Great customer service !!
My lincoln corsair was picked up and Iwas left with a loaner. They got my car in and repaired in no time. Lloyd explained exactly what was done. Lloyd is always so polite and courteous along with Laura, Amber,Mike S, and rest of staff. Thank you Maitland Lincoln Motors
Got a new windshield at Speedy and covered Maitland Ford. Service was excellent. Happy that the windshield was covered under new car policy and fault of car.
Time for normal maintenance, booked a time. Showed up early, needed to leave it. They had a great guy drive me where I needed to be. He offered to pick me up, but I had made arrangements. I needed to be a bit after closing at 5, but was assured all would be fine. I showed up at 5:15, was promptly paid and gone without a complaint about being after 5. A level of service not always present in today’s world.
Excellent service and I love that my car was washed as well!!!!
