I have been seeing Anna Lines most of the time for the last few years. Anna is not only my. Doctor but much like a friend so much that I feel I can easily confide in. I’ve never had a doctor that truly cares about their patients. Anna has a beautiful heart and soul and it’s felt when you have an appointment with her! i have to wait 3 days to schedule a appointment . is not the first time that happened
As others have said, office used to be AWESOME, completely patient focused. That was when it was independent. Since being absorbed by AdventHealth, things have fallen apart and the whole office seems confused. Dr Pursley was so caring for my 93 yr old mother but then seemed to ghost her. I guess he was checking out. Sad really, that this is the state of healthcare within Florida.
