I will give the staff a five star. Very nice and polite, but to Jennifer Naruta a zero star. She is definitely not a people’s person. It felt like I owed her something. If you become a doctor and take an oath is to help and understand your patients. I found a different pcp after my first appointment with her.
I had a wonderful appointment with Dr Buelvas today. I usually see Jennifer however she was not available so rather then put Me off he took the appointment. He should care, compassion, listened, answered questions and came up with a plan to help me get to the root of my pain. I have been a patient there for 8 years and always have had good care.
Terrible office staff. I've been seeing Jennifer the NP for over 9 years. I made an appointment 4 weeks ago. They called me 1 time to tell me my insurance messed up my PCP, so I fixed that. I called today (day of my appt) to confirm cause I didn't hear from them today. The girl says "well you're new patient, so because we didn't hear back we canceled your appt".
