Horrible experience at the front desk; we were at the Genesis gym and stopped by to get information about their physiotherapy sessions and the receptionist not only did not want to help us but also she told us that our copay would be really expensive without even checking what our insurance was. She was overall very dismissive and arrogant. Super unprofessional.

I will give the staff a five star. Very nice and polite, but to Jennifer Naruta a zero star. She is definitely not a people’s person. It felt like I owed her something. If you become a doctor and take an oath is to help and understand your patients. I found a different pcp after my first appointment with her.
I had a wonderful appointment with Dr Buelvas today. I usually see Jennifer however she was not available so rather then put Me off he took the appointment. He should care, compassion, listened, answered questions and came up with a plan to help me get to the root of my pain. I have been a patient there for 8 years and always have had good care.
