The customer service could be better.
Was searching for a license plate bracket for my new Subaru and found that Maita was one of a relatively few regional dealers who had one readily available and would ship it to me at reasonable cost. I placed my order and received it, well packaged, in just a couple of days. I’m quite pleased with their service.
Waited on hold for 10 min after being transfered to their parts dept.
Easy process to place the order and have it shipped to the eat coast. Ordered from here as they had the product on sale at the best price I could find. With UPS shipping it was still cheaper than purchasing from my local dealership
