I would like to give less than 1 star. I have been getting my routine maintenance here for more than a year. I recently bought 2 bike carriers from the dealership and asked them to install them. They did, without going over pricing first- a costly mistake for me. I should have asked. But I couldn’t imagine that the cost to install the 2 bike carriers (just the carriers, NOT the roof rails) is the same as the cost buying a 3rd carrier! They said it took 1.5 hours to install them.
