I had an issue with my calipers that pretty much prevented me from driving. So I had it towed to maita. They ordered the parts they needed to fix the issue and did it in a timely manner. But my issue was that they also did an oil change and they forgot to clear the sensor and didn't even put the sticker for my next appointment. Idk about you guys but I need reassurance that they did what they were suppose to.
This visit was disappointing, to say the least. Scheduling a service appointment seems to mean nothing here—there was zero attention given to clients waiting in the service drive. These are simple issues to fix. For example, have a lot porter tag vehicles with numbers (“1, 2, 3, 4,” etc.) so that when an advisor becomes available, clients are assisted in order and fairly. Great experience again! Cruz did an awesome job. She gave us heads up that the part we were waiting on came in and got us scheduled right away. Great service, fair prices, fast turnaround times. Always get things done right, thank you!
Went in to get tire rotation. The service rep was very courteous and professional. He gave me a time window that was convenient for me and called me when the car was ready.
