Brianna was very professional and knowledgeable, she did a great job
I had an appointment for an oil change. After they checked me in and took my keys I was told it would be 3 hours before the service was completed. I thought about that for a few minutes and asked for my keys back and left. I think 3 hours for a routine oil change is ridiculous and unacceptable.
***Note: I submitted this review directly to Elk Grove Chevrolet but after nearly two weeks with no response whatsoever, I decided to put it out there so others can be advised... I had a scheduled waiting appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. The truck sat outside for about 90 minutes before entering the shop, and the total visit was nearly 3 hours!
