Be VERY careful with this outfit. I bought a house from them at a project they advertised as Domain sur le Lac - where they promised an artificial lake to be built next to our home. It turned out instead to be an industrial sablière & rock quarry - and the lake was never built. Instead of peace and quiet in the country, we got the loudest neighbourhood I've ever lived in - with non-stop dump truck traffic and dust. It's a nightmare. So - careful. However - I am satisfied with the actual house they built.
Je veux prendre un moment pour remercier Michel, nous sommes des jeunes adultes qui font l’achat de notre première maison, avons plusieurs inquiétudes et questions, Michel nous rassure et prend le temps de bien nous expliquer. Il a même répondu durant ses vacances et ses congés, c’est un excellent service. Nous avons hâte de recevoir notre maison en juin 2025🤞🏼
