I have to disagree with what the other reviewer said. I have lived in three different apartments in this complex and there is a reason I keep coming back. For the price, I feel these are the best apartments in Valpo. If you want something better, you can get it but it will cost you. My mom also has lived here in the same apartment for 11 years. There was a problem with maintenance staff last year because the full-time guy was out for surgery. The guy who filled in was not so great, but the other staff member is back. If you ... read more
This place is a ******* ********..... This is by far the worst place I have ever lived since I have been living in apartment buildings. The maintenance crew is the laziest of all time. The management staff doesn't care about anything but the collecting the all american dollar. If u want something fixed, wait until your lease is up before it is finished. By the way, did i mention how lazy the maintenance crew is??? Don't waste your time here, that's why they have had a "Now leasing" sign since we have been here. Go elsewhere!... read more
