This place is garbage!!! The WORST HOA EVER!!! Run from this place
I DO NOT recommend this property management company. They do not respond to any form of communication quickly, if ever, and the office has very limited hours to handle routine tasks that need to be taken care of in person, such as access to communal facilities. The staff is not helpful and often times rude and dismissive.

As an HOA board member, I do **not** recommend Maison Property Management to any HOA. Our experience showed consistent problems across accounting, communication, staffing, and leadership. The biggest issue was accounting and financial reporting. Month after month, the financial summaries prepared for our board meetings frequently did not match, and when we asked questions to understand discrepancies, we often received no clear answers or supporting documentation.
