We have been attempting to contact this HOA with no success. If you are purchasing in Escondido Magnolia good luck. They are unresponsive, and it appears unwilling to take care of their neighborhoods.
Trash company. I’m sure they don’t know how to spell “communication”. They are quick to take your money, but are ghosts on the other side when trying to get a reply.
Horrible company. I would never recommend. I made an appointment and they ignored it. I now see why the other reviews are the way they are.
never answer the phone, I mean never
This place is garbage!!! The WORST HOA EVER!!! Run from this place
