Such a pathetic reply and very rude behaviour of super. I don’t even know why Metcap is still waiting, they should just fire the current super. Look at the current reviews. I called them just for rental inquiry and i felt like I am asking to live there for free. Already rents are skyrocketing and look at services they don’t even worth a cent. I request Metcap to take action on immediate basis or else this building won’t get any better reviews. Only if there was an option i could have give -5 stars.
We went for viewing the property today the manager was very rude and she behaves like we want to live there for free. I wont recommend this place.
With the amount of complaints about the resident manager at this building. I am surprise that anyone would continue to live here. The manager has absolutely no manners, no Customer service and absolutely no respect to potential tenants. WITH all the complaints about this Management , why is she even still a resident manager. No one at this building should be comfortable living with a management like this!! Awful awful AWFUL @manager at 182 church street.
