The manager is very rude and unprofessional. I don't know how she has worked for this company for so long. The company really needs to replace her. The underground parking was filthy. Someone had vomited there, and it was left uncleaned for about three months. Residents had to walk past it every day, which was disgusting. Thankfully, it was finally cleaned recently. Such a pathetic reply and very rude behaviour of super. I don’t even know why Metcap is still waiting, they should just fire the current super. Look at the current reviews. I called them just for rental inquiry and i felt like I am asking to live there for free. Already rents are skyrocketing and look at services they don’t even worth a cent. I request Metcap to take action on immediate basis or else this building won’t get any better reviews. Only if there was an option i could have give -5 stars.
We went for viewing the property today the manager was very rude and she behaves like we want to live there for free. I wont recommend this place.
