Neglect! Abuse! Irresponsible!
It is very disturbing and disgusting that a Rehab Center would neglect the elderly in the way they have. To allow someone in your care to leave your facility with sepsis, bed sores, and the like is repulsive. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I pray no other families have to leave their loved ones here.
Horrifying elder abuse. This facility needs to be inspected NOW. Their negligence almost killed a beloved grandmother. If your family member is here, please check on them immediately.
Devastating news of neglect and abuse of an elderly patient while in their care have recently surfaced from a heartbroken family. the events explain horrific conditions, abandonment and trauma. now that their loved one has been rescued, we can only hope that this facility is investigated immediately and that more people are made aware of how dangerous it is as soon as possible.
Please do not consider taking your loved one here. My friend’s grandmother had a horrible experience. This facility needs an immediate inspection.
