I certainly recommend Natchez Rehabilitation Center. My grandmother has been here since the start of 2020 and honestly it’s been great for her. Growing up I always had a bad view of nursing homes but that has changed. My grandmother receives far better care here then could be provided at home. Not just that, she actually has a social life now! I am great full my family chose Natchez Rehab to provide the care and love she needed.

My sister has been in this facility for about 10 or more years and I have had very few problems with the staff. If there’s a problem I get a call immediately and it is solved with my satisfaction. I have been extremely happy with Natchez Rehabilitation and would never put my sister in the care of anyone else!! Love all you guys!!!

I dont really know where to start with this, but this facility deserves less than one star. DO NOT bring your loved ones here. My grandmother sat in this facility for 2 weeks and they did absolutely nothing. She was never seen by a doctor during her stay her, despite a noticeable decline in both cognitive and physical health. Every time we called they refused to give us any information, and we never received one call with any kind of status update. Great friendly safe environment..upon visiting my family member (before COVID-19 restrictions) I enjoyed seeing the interaction all the staff had with the elderly...I WOULD PERSONALLY LIKE TO ACKNOWLEDGE MS. Rochelle and the therapy staff...they were very patient with my family member and we see great progress.. choosing this facility was one of my greatest decisions...

The Staff at Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center go over and beyond to make sure all the patients needs are met. I would like to acknowledge two Administrators who are employed there; Mrs. Amanda and Mrs. Kayla they work effortlessly to ensure that the family members of the patients are aware of everything that will/has taken place. They are truly an asset to the Facility. They both advocate for patients as well as families.

This facility shows a lot of compassion towards their patients. They are very professional when it comes to updating families about their love ones. I would like to acknowledge Ms. Kayla for all the hard work and dedication she puts into the facility.

Omg! I love this center and the staff. My mom has been there for a few months and they treat her with love and care. I absolutely love the Administrator Amanda Hasty the DON Kayla Morris and the rest of the nursing staff they are beautiful people inside and out. They work with the CNAs who I must say are great as well to ensure my mothers health and protection is their number 1 priority...I LOVE YOU GUYS

The staff at NRHC is very friendly & professional. I encourage anyone that’s looking for any care for their loved ones in the surrounding areas this is the place to call “home”🤗 not only that, they have different activities for the residents very often to make them feel more & more welcomed☺️ Mrs. Kayla and her staff y’all are awesome 🥳
