I had my first appointment with Amber today. I highly recommend her. I arrived with a very disconnected cut that I grew out for 4 months. She was patient and provided me options, stopping along the way for my input. I am very satisfied with my new cut.
My stylist was sick and called in, my appointment was cancelled which is fine I totally understand. Although, the receptionist called me at 9:30 to reschedule and I didn’t answer (life gets busy people!) I called back around 2pm. The receptionist told me a note would be added to my file saying I didn’t show up for my appointment, when I corrected her and said the stylist called in she said it was because she was worried I didn’t get the message since I didn’t call back right away? Victoria was great! Such a hard worker. I love my hair 🤍 Her suggestions were on point. + Super personable. I have always had a great experience here. 5 stars all day!!
