Came here from a recommendation from one of my friends. So happy I did! Colourist Claire is a master at her work. My hair has never looked this good so grateful to have found this place.
I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I booked an appointment in advance and arrived on time, only to be left waiting for an entire hour with no proper updates or communication. After all that waiting, I was told that the consultant wasn’t even available and that my appointment had to be canceled. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ time. Very disappointing experience. I had a confirmed appointment, but after reaching the salon, they cancelled it without any proper reason. This is extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this place if you value your time.
