I got my wedding bouquet and my husband’s boutonniere in Maison Fleur. They were very accommodating. I love the way they approach costumer with positive and warm vibes. Highly recommended.
Rude, unapologetic, and unhelpful. Did not write my message on the card. Flowers arrived at 2pm, hot and wilting. This is the first and last time for me and you have all been warned. They are happy to take your money but do not deliver on commitments made. Furious
Today is Valentine’s Day, and the rude staff at this shop completely ruined the festive mood. Just moments ago, my girlfriend went into the shop to buy me a bouquet. We often visit Maison in Newstead, where we’re usually allowed to look around and customize our own arrangements. Wow! I was so unbelievably impressed with the flowers that were made up for a friend. Chrissy was an absolute gem and so helpful. Also when I picked them up I received full instructions on treatment for the next 24 hours. Honestly the flowers were absolutely stunning and the service was brilliant. Thank you team for helping me brighten up my friend’s day
