My mother was at this place over 10 years ago and came up missing. The lady that's over this place couldn't tell me what happened to her. She claimed they took her to another home, but couldn't tell me where. There were no records of them taking her to another home. The police did a welfare check and she wasn't there. She is still missing. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away from this place. It's very shady.
This facility is not a decent place for placement of friend or family. My brother has/was there for 2 months and shows weight loss as well as neglect. This agency denied his medication management and doctor appointments. Yesterday, I finally reported them to Adult Services for investigation. I also discovered they loss their license last year. It seems like they don't want to be there. I have a relative there and when I visited, they were on the phone/computer. They asked who I was there to see, I stated the name and they yelled my relative's name. They didn't ask me for my name, didn't ask to see ID. They didn't know if I was there to help or harm. I don't know the full of it but all I know, is that my relative came to them healthy (aside mental illness) and now it looks like he is sick. Looking thin and fragile. I have so many concerns.
