I’ve given Birks Montreal three chances, and each time I received absolutely no service. It feels like they only prioritize certain customers while ignoring others. I went in specifically to look at a Breitling model, asked the person at the front if someone could assist me, and was told I needed an appointment. I was just there an about one hour ago. I had to come to replace my bracelet for my watche. I came every fews years and each time it was great. But today, I have to mention something because it was exceptional. When I arrive, I when to the customer service counter and Ella great me with a beautiful smile and was able to answer all my questions about my watche. She know her stuff.
