I had a wonderful experience at Birks. The staff were incredibly pleasant and attentive from the moment I walked in. I was greeted right away, and they took the time to answer all my questions and show me different pieces without any pressure. The store is beautiful and the service was exceptional. Waited for 20 -25 mind for sales associates attention. They looked our way but completely ignored us. I guess because we are brown skin.. We left never to return.
Extremely unpleasant experience. Went in to look at wedding bands and was greeted by a woman who sent an employee to assist. This employee was an overweight middle aged South Asian man, that instantly made us feel unwelcome. Every question we had was responded to with a bad attitude, and unprofessionalism. They were also very unhelpful in answering our questions.
