Staff were super helpful!
I stopped by Birks the other day, and even though I didn’t end up buying anything, I had to say the staff really impressed me. They were super friendly, took the time to answer all my questions, and weren’t pushy at all. As a guy who's not exactly an expert in jewelry, I appreciated how patient they were, walking me through different options. Definitely felt like they cared more about helping than just making a sale. I’ll definitely keep them in mind when I’m ready to get something special.
The staff at Sherway are amazing! I had no idea what to get my girlfriend for her birthday and two staff members went out of their way to show me everything in the store. I have been to other Birks and I can say the service you receive here is unlike the other stores. I will be coming back!
