Highly recommend going elsewhere, for a high end store, the customer service is low end. 1) Terrible experience with purchasing a pair of earrings. I looked at 3 or 4 pairs, bought 1 pair. Didn't get 30 meters away from the store and Angie calls my cell saying a single earring (different than the ones I purchased) is missing. I had amazing service with Angie and the rest of the crew at Berks. They went above and beyond to help me look at the wedding rings I wanted to purchase, everything was safe and handled very professionally.
Snobby staff. Not a great selection. Overpriced for what they offer.
Great experiences shopping at the store. Got helped by Nina and she was very helpful.
