Salamat was absolutely amazing! She helped my fiancé and me find the perfect engagement ring and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. She went above and beyond—ordering different rings to the store so I could try them on in person and make sure I found the right one. Highly recommend going elsewhere, for a high end store, the customer service is low end. 1) Terrible experience with purchasing a pair of earrings. I looked at 3 or 4 pairs, bought 1 pair. Didn't get 30 meters away from the store and Angie calls my cell saying a single earring (different than the ones I purchased) is missing. I immediately return to the store and allow her to go through my birks bag, my other shopping bags and my purse.
