Marjan was super in helping me find the right ring for me. Prior to my second visit, she sent me pictures/videos of other rings she thought I may like. During my second visit, I was down to two rings but each had a little something that I wasnt crazy about. She listened and then said "I've got the ring for you". And she did. She found the ring that met my desires and expectations. So if you are looking for a patient and helpful salesperson, ask for Marjan. She's a real jem 😀
Had a top notch shopping experience here with Ofure. She has a keen eye once you give her a general idea of your taste. Ended up buying 2 items she recommended, over the ones I picked. She works within your budget and has a fantastic demeanour.
Unfortunately, this location does not sell Rolex. But the sales lady is so nice to me. She professionally informed me to talk to Calgary and Montreal Birks about Rolex.
I just wanted to say that I am very pleased with the excellent customer service Zoe provided me when I was shopping for a ring for my daughter! I can't wait to surprise her for her ring ceremony since she hasn't seen it yet I'm confident it will be something she will cherish and be able to forever wear instead of a class ring that she may wear just a few times.
