Wow great experience here today (Feb 27,2026) with the nicest bunch of sales ladies! I didn’t catch their names but hopefully the date helps their manager recognize them as they were so kind and helpful!
I rarely write negative reviews but this was such awful service. Went to buy a watch and the sales associate was so unhelpful and told us to just look online. When I asked to take a photo or to write down the model of the watch we were interested in she responded by saying no and they don’t give that. Very unfriendly atmosphere and not what I would expect from a brand advertising themselves as a luxury jewellers.
Always seem stuck up when I go in to purchase something.
Sunday, We visited that store looking for rings, we spent 5mins browsing and no one approach, we saw 2 salesperson working at that time, there were a lady and a man(older age and wearing suit ) working at that time. ( there were only 1 couple at the store and the lady was serving them) .The man was playing his phone all the time without a glance until we asked the lady for help. I had an amazing experience purchasing my first Roberto Coin piece from Gabby. She is so patient as I had visited the store multiple times looking at different products before deciding on a beautiful necklace. She gave honest advice and truly has her clients’ best interest in mind!
