Wow great experience here today (Feb 27,2026) with the nicest bunch of sales ladies! I didn’t catch their names but hopefully the date helps their manager recognize them as they were so kind and helpful!
I rarely write negative reviews but this was such awful service. Went to buy a watch and the sales associate was so unhelpful and told us to just look online. When I asked to take a photo or to write down the model of the watch we were interested in she responded by saying no and they don’t give that. Very unfriendly atmosphere and not what I would expect from a brand advertising themselves as a luxury jewellers.
