I had a great experience at Birks! One of the associates, Setaish, helped me choose a wedding band for my husband. She showed me many different options and even explained to me the difference in the materials of the rings. Overall, excellent customer service!

I had a great experience at Birks today. I walked in not knowing what gift to get for a family member and Mahjooba was incredibly patient and helped me narrow down the options. She was super kind and also sized my finger. She is such a wonderful employee, I will definitely be back!!
