Birks are able to sell Rolex watches but as for servicing they weren’t able to accept my Rolex for servicing. The staff member I spoke to on Jan 25 told me I’d have to take my watch to Gemoro in West Edmonton Mall as they are the only authorized Rolex service provider in Edmonton. The Birks website should be changed so other Rolex owners are aware of this. Update - Had my watch serviced at Gemoro. Staff were great, highly recommend if you are looking to add to your watch collection

Aside from one staff member that gave somewhat of attempt to help us, the rest of the staff was dismissive. Like the guy in a t-shirt and jeans isn't going to spend any money. On the contrary I don't think the 3 guys in cheap suits own any of the diamonds in those cases. Won't be back.

I customized two wedding bands at Birks, and Grace assisted me throughout the process. She took the time to understand my preferences and needs, patiently answering all my questions and helping me choose the perfect rings. The custom rings turned out beautifully, and I am very satisfied with the result. I will definitely continue to shop at this store in the future.
