I’ve had a hot water leak for months and have to turn my hot water heater off in order to not have a high water bill. My AC hasn’t been out all summer long. Had it not been for the previous landlord, I wouldn’t even have a window unit. Temperature in my apartment reads 78 when I get home from working in a building also with no AC. Current landlord is aware of the issues but does absolutely nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog. Bring back Miss Connie!
I lived in apartment. Next door neighbors either turned volume loud on tv's/radio's. One neighbor got into my apartment stole tv someone bought me along dvd and movies while nothing was done. Others went in took microwave, furniture, dishes, my bed and cloths along bathroom things. Don't ever recommend this place.
Needs more cameras and security.
They now have different owners, but nothing has changed. Very small, and just ok apartments inside. Terrible parking situation. You are supposed to have two spots, but they refuse to number them, so there were neighbor's friends constantly parking in my spots. Lots of parties and intoxicated guests. They also have "Mandatory pest control" where they enter your apartment once a month, even if you are not at home (they use a key), and you are not allowed to decline having pesticides sprayed all over the floor of your "home."
