Tracy is excellent at what she does!!!! takes care of my pedicure knowing I'm diabetic and doesn't use force or too much scrubbing.
I got my nails done a week ago and they are already breaking and chipping I went in because one was lifting and all the lady did was put nail glue which I could have done at home. Not to mention they all have attitudes like they dont want to be there. I also went back the next day after originally having them done because I didn't like how they did them so I wanted to do a color change, they charged $20 even though it hadn't even been a full 24 hours. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
First time at this location and can’t say that I loved it. We agreed at the price for nails I wanted and later the tech added additional $10 although she didn’t have to remove nails but just lightly sand it down and later she added another $8.00 for something I didn’t even understand what. So instead of $51.00 that was initial price I ended up paying $68.00 and apparently they don’t accept Apple Pay which wasn’t mentioned as well. Bottom line was inconvenience.
Came in today (03/05) with my grandma and my sister. I am from out of town but this was the most amazing salon experience I have ever had. Got the Royal Pedicure as well as a Manicure and the attention to detail was amazing, super cute colors and just an awesome vibe to the place, really easy to relax.
I get my nails done by Tracy and without fail, I get compliments on my nails almost daily. Everyone here is excellent. I bring my amazing Husband's Grandpa every month as well and they treat him like a king. They are clean and they do great work. I won't go anywhere else.
