RecommendedFirst time at Mai’s deli and was kinda disappointed about the pho combo. It only had two shrimp as a combo. Wish there was more meat and seafood... But other than that probably the Best pad Thai and crab Rangoon I’ve ever had!
We really like this place. We have had the egg rolls, fried rice and crab rangoon. All really tasty! I guess the best thing I can say is we keep going back for more!

Awesome Pho and the best pork egg rolls
My Dining Experience at Mai's Deli in Appleton was NOT PLEASANT. I pulled a STRING from my throat while eating a spring roll. I called for the person in charge of the restaurant and he said "If you swallowed that string it won't hurt you" He didn't even acknowledge the fact that I choked on that string and what the outcome could have been. His uncaring words are very concerning and the food they serve.
