Be incredibly careful during home inspection. We’ve had trim pieces falling off, leaky pipes, lights not working, all outlets in the bathrooms have stopped working, doors that won’t close, and just overall very poor craftsmanship. All of this has happened in our first 90 days.

If you are looking for a luxury home, MainVue is not a luxury builder. For homes in the price range of these, there are many cost cutting measures. For example, a drive around will show you the cheap plywood used to fence in the properties and painted over to look good. We all know that it will need to be replaced in a few years. Our garage door fell down because it was installed into sheet rock. A call to the emergency line went unanswered. We love our location but disappointed overall in the house.
