Gouged! Caution! Demanded more money after not fixing the issue. Broke things like an amature, made it worse, then demanded more money to fix after agreeing on a fixed price for a simple task. Thought we would bite since not local. Typical penny gouging then insulted us- rude, arrogant, ignorant.. Be very careful if you use them.
