I accidentally emailed this company about a plumbing supply need that they do not service, and yet "Mac" went out of his way to send me a thoughtful reply regardless. He was considerate, thorough, and very very helpful despite knowing that I wouldn't be giving them a single dime of business. I wish I had a reason to use them in the future, but I don't have commercial needs.
