terrible job of plowing snow and when they say a couple hours to get salt it really means about 7 hours..also just leave snow piles in the drive where the drive is used most..rate with a neg 10..they should take lessons on snow plowing from other companies and learn something
not bike friendly leaving grass in the road every job they do. looks trashy too

If I could give zero stars I would. I live in an Allen Edwin neighborhood where we pay a quarterly fee WHICH INCLUDES your snow removal services. This time of the year ALL of it goes towards snow plowing our streets. Out of all of the snowfalls this year, you've "plowed" once if that is what you want to call it. Living in the new construction area you neglect us and it is now 4 in the afternoon and we were missed yet again.
