We had a vinyl fence put in at our house and it looks great. It was a short run of fence. It changes the look of our back yard. I will order again from them!!
Spent over a thousand dollars on my handrails for my new deck but I ordered the wrong length balusters. They wouldn't exchange them for the right length. They said they needed a service rep to come in and inspect my brand new unopened boxes and also charge me a 25% restocking fee . I won't do business here again.

As I stated previously, Mr. Simpson, the inspection and the restocking fee is the procedure of our supplier to take back the special order material that is ordered incorrectly. We are merely passing the restocking charge through to you since it was your error. It's unfortunate that you disagree with the procedure and who bears the responsibility of your error. Had my new deck built by Another Deck Co. with TimberTech decking from Maintenance-Free recently and I am very pleased. The materials are high-quality and built to last. The crew was very professional and worked fast -- even working weekends to complete the job because of rain. I'm am highly impressed with both companies and would recommend them to anyone.
