Work was scheduled for a Friday, and they got tied up on another job, but were very prompt in calling to reschedule for the next day (Saturday.) They did not show up on Saturday, and did not call. When I called them they said they would be out the next day (Sunday). They did not show up or call again, and their office was closed. They completed the work on Monday. I don't mind the reschedules, I just wish they would have kept me informed rather than tying up my weekend waiting.
They did an excellent job. I would recommend them unconditionally to anyone who needs new windows. Very professional and honest.
