I had a York unit installed by Albert and his crew 3 years ago. Last week the unit stopped working so I reached out. Had a tech out to fix it but after a the tech left, it stopped cooling. It was unsuccessful due to a bad board and blower motor. After a few days of no AC my unit is finally fixed and working properly and cooling great! Thank you to AC tech Robbie for doing a great job and being thorough with the explanation of the issue. And thank you to Albert and the rest of his staff for the quick response and fix.
I have used Ray for many jobs and he’s always great to work with. Josh is a pleasure to deal with. I will always recommend Maintence 1st to any family members or friends.

No call, no show. Texted the next day with an incomprehensible voice to text message. I told them there were scheduled for the day before. Response from Albert was that he was double booked and things got hectic because of a little bit of rain. Not my problem. Unprofessional
