Everyone was very nice and helpful.
My minor daughter is getting messages about her bill (from October). There is no information that I can access available and when I call the number it says your question can be answered in the patient portal. I would like to speak to an actual human to sort this matter out. As for myself, I tried to vist a couple weeks ago. The kiosk said that my co-pay was $100, I clicked the button to speak to someone and they told me that since this was an emergency department and that was the ER co-pay. I have been to many different clinics around the area and this is the best one so far. Staff members genuinely care about patients and try their best to help each patient efficiently. Staff ran many tests to rule out different diagnoses so that they can choose the best medication to treat me. If you want a clean, professional, and effective medical experience I suggest visiting the kind staff here! I will most definitely be coming back here!
Do not go here if you ever want to get in touch with anyone after the visit. They have fraudulently billed for labs that were never done and it is impossible to get anyone on the phone for billing.
