Friendly staff, took excellent care of me
I'm sad that you guys have made it so difficult to talk to the staff. You have put barriers against your patients such that people just can't walk in and talk to someone. I can't even call and get a human. I have to call and then get a text to respond. What is going on? The staff is friendly and efficient but why do I need to go through ten levels of verification to even get to someone? The lobby makes it seem as if you are closed.
