I visited this urgent care while recovering from COVID because I only needed a doctor’s note clearing me to return to work. I paid $100 upfront and was told they accepted my insurance. The check-in process took about 20 minutes, and the visit itself was extremely brief. Afterward, I received a text saying they did not accept my insurance and that I would be charged an additional $500 making the total cost around $600 just to receive a return-to-work note. Very quick, efficient care. Staff were all polite and courteous. The nurse practitioner, Tonya, is very knowledgeable and respectful. I would highly recommend this clinic for urgent care needs in southwest Pensacola! Awesome experience!
My experience was horrible I was treated like I wasn’t a valued patient and moreover like I’ve committed a crime and at the end of the day day it was a waist of time and money
