I've always had a great experience when I have needed to be seen quickly. The registration process is all done on my phone so when I arrive I just have to check in on the kiosk. I get texts through the entire process and can see where I am based on the TV in the waiting room. The staff if always so friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
Great clinic. The NP took time to listen to my concerns. Also very quick in and out!
I wish I could give 0 stars. The entire check in process is on a tablet and you can't speak with anyone without ringing a bell. I paid my co-pay with my debit card and months later this place has taken hundreds out of my bank account without notification or authorization. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get it back. Apparently the employees are aware that this happens alot because I was told they knew it was happening but couldnt do anything about it because billing is through a third party
I want to put a minus bc they do not do as they say. For example referral and 4 days later no referral sent. Then when you call you are hung up on bc of automated service instead of person.
