The nurses and physician’s assistant took care of me from onboarding to our departure. The nurses and physician’s assistant were very courteous, attentive and very patient with their directives. There was a nurse that was kind enough to demonstrate how to put on the foot boot the next day after I forgot to do so.
I was on vacation in the area. Wasn’t feeling well. Got their last appointment at 7:55 PM on a Friday evening. There were five people in front of me on the electronic list. I was brought back to an examining room about 8:25. The nurse listened to my symptoms and checked all my vitals. The nurse practitioner, Francine, came in around 9:10. She was very thorough. Made a diagnosis. And I was out by 920. I thought complete In-N-Out in 1.5 hours was very good.
Everyone was wonderful.
