I went to this urgent care after falling on my back from a raised surface, which caused severe upper back pain and difficulty breathing due to sharp pain at the impact site. My visit was clearly for trauma related to that fall. X-rays were taken, but the provider did not examine the area of impact or listen to my lungs. Love this place.
I explained to the nurse why I was there and she said to wait - she will let the doctor know. She comes back saying they can’t help me. I asked to still speak with the doctor and she pushed back until i said “is she not gonna give me a chance here”. She leaves again, and another medical worker comes in and I don’t believe she was the doctor. This lady comes in and lets me know the same thing- they can’t help me it’s not urgent care level. We had to take my son here because he was feeling extremely ill, and there weren’t any openings at his pediatrician. Checking in online and paying our co-pay was very easy. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, explaining everything in a way that my son could understand. If we can’t get an appointment at his pediatrician, I’ll definitely return here for emergencies.
I took my five year old here today and we saw Matthew Long he was fantastic and was able to address all of our issues and concerns. The office was clean and the staff was super nice
