Staff was very nice & thorough.
I waited about 20 minutes at the front before anyone came to assist me with the kiosk. There is no front desk person available, so I initially requested a callback through the kiosk—but the call never came. I literally had to keep saying, “I need help!” loudly before someone finally came to the front to assist me. What made it even more frustrating was that I was the ONLY person there waiting to be seen. If you are elderly, not comfortable with computers, or simply not kiosk-savvy, I definitely would NOT recommend this place... read more
