Callahan location - you guys seriously need to put it in the budget for more staffing . When it takes a few hours just for a patient to be able to hand yall a piece of paper that needs to be scanned in a chart , that’s just plain ridiculous. Maybe consider offering more hrly pay and then staffing wouldn’t be an issue . Also the MA should not be doing the physicals or any imaging- that is not in the scope of practice . Hire more people and maybe get an actual person to sit up front .
Had the worst experience yesterday taking my son. I had an appt and waited an hour just to be seen then another 30 mins to get X-rays. I also told them my son was sick. They did swabs and said he was good. Ok? He doesn’t have the flu or Covid but what about a sinus infection? He can’t breath he has green snot she told us he was good take Benadryl. We were given a wirst wrap that was not put on well and we left with no xray results.
