The staff was kind and seemed caring. I understand we have to wait as it’s not based on appointment times, but given a check in time and then waiting over an hour and a half to be taken back to be seen is a little steep. When your sick and not feeling well, sitting in a lobby that long is difficult.
The wait here is awful, no one to talk too. Ask 2 nurse how long my wait was mind you I’ve been waiting for 2 hours no one responds they both said they were going to check and never came back.
You walk in and there is NO receptionist desk or assistant, so if you have questions, there is NO ONE available to help you. It's self check in, then you just wait.The wait time was expectedly long, there IS a screen so you can at least see your place, but that almost makes it worse, cause you also see the clock and that you've been waiting 45 minutes or longer.. the only good thing I can say is there's a nice little coffee set up with water available as well. well yesterday was my first visit, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Today i went back and thought if I logged in on my phone it would be easier. I logged in when I got there and went in about 2 minutes but waited in the room for over 35 minutes. thats why they only.got 3 stars. very friendly and answered all questions
