Great place staff is wonderful and urgent Care had me in and out!! going to make it my primary care as well
THE STAFF THAT ARE PRESENT ARE NOT THE PROBLEM IT IS THE BUSINESS MODEL THAT SUCKS! The urgent care is not the place to lack customer service. Scheduling an urgent care visit prior to coming and then checking in with a kiosk is not the way a dr office should function. Then waiting 45 minutes after the scheduled time. The whole point of that is to be more efficient and timely but you’re not if anything it is slower and less efficient. I don't like the sign in system but the people were great and very kind. I would go there again.
