My first visit after ER treatment in this new city. I had to sign up online, but registering was easy. I arrived amd signed in via kiosk. I needed help and got a phone call within minutes. Once called back, I felt heard, cared for and advocated for. I did not expect this care from urgent care - prior experiences have been get in and get out. Fast and friendly! Staff was nice.
kind employees. Extremely long wait. When you leave if you have a question about a previous bill they will never answer the phone. you have to go into the facility and they will give you a number to call.
They don't attend to you! They don't help you with the process! They leave you waiting for hours and hours in the waiting room, the worst service I've had in Augusta
